We’re excited to share the relaunch of our LinkedIn group - now reborn as the Strategy Hero Community.
Formerly known as the Strategy Execution Community, this space has always been about bringing together strategy professionals who care deeply about turning vision into action. But with the launch of the Strategy Hero Podcast and the growth of the Strategy Hero brand, it felt like the right time to evolve the group into something more purposeful, more personal, and more aligned with the challenges modern strategy leaders face.
Why the change?
We’ve seen a shift. Strategy leaders are looking for more than models and frameworks, they want real conversations with real practitioners. They want to know how others are handling complexity, transformation, and change in the real world. The Strategy Hero Community is our response to that.
This group is now a space to:
-
Share challenges, not just solutions
-
Learn from fellow strategists, consultants, and transformation leaders
-
Go beyond the theory and into the practice of execution
Meet the new community leadership team
To help guide and enrich the conversation, we’ve invited some incredible voices from the Strategy Hero Podcast to join us as community leaders:
-
Fredrik Fjellstedt – A global strategy consultant and transformation leader, Fredrik has spent decades helping organizations align culture, process, and purpose across borders and industries.
-
Roger Longden – As the founder of There Be Giants, Roger is a leading voice in OKRs and strategy execution, working closely with scale-ups and enterprises to embed performance-led cultures.
-
Pascal Dennis – Formerly with Toyota and now a best-selling author and Lean expert, Pascal brings deep operational insight into how strategy can be made real — sustainably and at scale.
They’ll be joining forces with our existing group managers, who bring their own wealth of experience to the table:
-
Simon Crowther – CEO of i-nexus and host of the Strategy Hero Podcast, Simon has spent his career focused on helping organisations solve the execution problem.
-
Matt Fleming – Head of Solution Consulting at i-nexus, Matt works directly with customers to turn strategic plans into measurable progress.
-
Avani Joshi – Head of Customer Engagement at i-nexus, Avani is passionate about practical adoption, stakeholder success, and creating momentum behind strategic initiatives.
-
Sam Ancliff – Head of Marketing at i-nexus and producer of the Strategy Hero Podcast, Sam is the driving force behind our content and community-building efforts.
This group of leaders will help moderate discussions, share practical insights, and most importantly, keep the conversation valuable and grounded.
